Can I Remove the Gray Portal Row Numbers from the Hierarchy
Of course. These numbers are just there to help you demo the hierarchy with different found sets (so you can tell how many rows you're looking at). By all means feel free to remove them. You can also remove them from the Print Hierarchy layout.
