Scheduling Edition

General support questions.

Hello,

I'm using the Scheduling Edition of the Calendar software with my own appointments database. I've gone through and updated relationships, layouts, scripts, etc. I've notice that when I enter an appointment in the scheduling software, it will appear on the layout in my own appointments database. However, if I enter an appointment in my database, it doesn't appear in the calendar software.

Not sure where I went wrong, and it may be any number of complicated steps I need to address, but please advise if there is a solution you can think of or something that I need to do that is often missed.

Thank you very much,
Erin

Hi,

The most common thing missed is leaving some of the calculated keys in the appointments table returning the type "number" instead of the type "text". All the keys you create in your appointments table (even the date range keys) should be calcs returning the type "text".

If that isn't it, feel free to email me the file (john at seedcode.com) and I'll take a look.

HTH.
