Project activity records do not currently inherit the project's related contact. If you'd like them to you can define the ApptContactID_kf field in the Appointments table as a lookup. In this scenario the ApptContactID_kf field would lookup starting with the table CalDailyAppointments and would lookup the field ProjectContactID_kf from the table CalDailyApptProjects.
