On the calendar week and month print pages it details each appointment on a particular day, I have a situation where many of the appointments are for the same project on any particular day.

Is there a way of showing a list of the appointments that belong to the same project on each day instead of detailing each appointment?

i.e on the print page of month or week

I was looking the ApptTitleDisplayCalc field but I couldn’t figure out how to do that. I know that somehow I have to summarize by project for that day showing the list of the appointments under the same project and getting that information to ApptTitleDisplayCalc. Can you help? I hope this makes sense.

Doing this when printing the appointment list (from the list view or daily view) is pretty simple as it is just a sub-summary report.

However adding this to the week and month print outs (which print as a grid) is much more involved and isn't the kind of thing I could provide instructions for.
