I'm trying to integrate the CalendarPro with our database.

We create new appointments from a separate Filemaker file. This seems quite straightforward - we just make sure we populate the fields indicated in your Help page specifying fields to be imported from previous versions of the calendar. To facilitate this, we have a table reference to the CalendarPro Appointments table in our own database.

But then we want to be able to navigate from the external file to the correct appointment in the CaldendarPro file, to use your interface. What's the easiest way of doing this? Even armed with the correct Appointments::ApptID_kprime field, I'm still baffled.

Thanks for the question. Perform a GTRR (with the new window option) from your file to the Appointment in the SeedCode file and then call the script "Edit Appointment from External" in SeedCode Calendar and you'll be all set.
