I'm currently having a problem importing the .ics file into my outlook, it performss he script fine and adds the file to my desktop. When I double click on it I get the following error message "Cannot import vCalendar file".

Hi Roy,

There can be a lot of things causing this as different versions of Outlook ask for different things in the iCal files. I can suggest two strategies for resolving this:

1. Open the exported file in a text editor and remove all but one simple appointment. Then try to import that into Outlook. If it fails you may need to change the header of the file, which is determined in seedcodeFM2iCal.xsl (see 2 below).

2. Create the same appointment in Outlook and then export it to the iCal or vcal format. Open that in a text editor and compare it to the export from FileMaker. If the differences aren't something you can manage to change yourself, email me both files and I'll take a look.
