How does fmSpark handles bounced mail ? Can it automatically update the contact if the email bounced?

fmSpark doesn't have any provision for this as it only *sends* mail, it does not receive bounces or replies. If you can teach your mail server to redirect bounces to another address, however, you could teach your contact database to read that address and take some action on bounces it finds there. (You can use the Mailit plugin included in fmSpark to read mail, but that functionality is not built into fmSpark.)
