What is the procedure for copying all events (about 260) over the course of 4 days to occur again in sequence, starting several months from now? This is a school seminar schedule which repeats in next February.

I was able to export records to excel, then import.

Problem now is that the imported data doesn't show up in certain views.

Data is displaying when looking at calendar/ list view but not in calendar/ schedule (vertical or horizontal) or day, week, or month views.

All filters are cleared and sometimes even the list view reports no records are visible. I have experienced similar problems before the export/import, as well as sluggish performance. The file is about 21MB with cleared data from everything except the calendar.

Any suggestions? What am I missing?

Hey there,

You'll find a field called ApptClass_kf in the appointments table. This needs to contain the word "calendar" in order for an event to show (otherwise it is considered just a note). So run a replace on that field for your imported records and you'll be all set.
