If I put a new appt into the Appt document, it DOES show up on the Calendar version. However, FM's Find does not seem to allow entry of the appointment data in Calendar, in order to find the appointment. Do I have to use the Appt version for find's ??

I am nure if this is your problem, but perhaps you are preforming the find in the wrong table. If you preform a find in the CC Calendar you are not finding in the appointments file, but rather the front end interface file.

To preform a find, you will want to preform it in your appointments file, or use the filters available at the top of the screen.
