I purchased the seedcode complete (version 2.2) The previous release had 2 red lines that could be used as custom dates or a marker for today. Where is that / how do i modify that in this version?

The structure of the new Gantt chart is completely different than the old. We did this for performance and and portability, but it does introduce some limitations.

Under the current structure, the date needs to be in the series along the top, so depending on the scale and position it may or may not be there. For example, by default, the gantt chart has 28 cells across, so if you have a scale of 6 months, then the series along the top will be 7 days per cell. So starting on August 1st, they'd be 8/1 ; 8/8 ; 8/15 ; 8/22 ; 8/29 ; 9/5 ; 9/12 etc. since 8/31 (today) is not part of the series, then it and the red line don't get triggered. However, if you start the series on the 3rd it does, as the series would be: 8/3 ; 8/10 ; 8/17 ; 8/24 ; 8/31.

The new structure is limited by the cells (repeating fields), so how we would drop the line in the first example becomes a challenge, We could estimate it and put it between 8/29 and 9/5, but it doesn't really look right.

This may be something we could come up with a modification for, but it would be challenging.
