I purchased a single license the GoZync engine and 1 device license yesterday. The order number on the confirming email started with SE..., but the documentation in the program indicates that it should start with SC...

When I try to Add a New License in GoZync with the license key, order number and registered to name it is rejected. I'll send you the confirming email so you can try it for your self. I'm running the latest version of GoZync.

Also, GoZync shows "You are licensed for X mobile devices." Just to confirm that I understand, "mobile devices" would include iPhones, iPads and laptops that are using GoZync to transfer data?

And yes, the mobile devices include anything connecting to GoZync: iPads, iPhones, laptops, even desktop machines, anything that needs to zync.
