Hi,

You can do this form the Event List layout. The export will reflect the current found set and sort and can be quite handy! If you use the Save Records as Excel, you'll get the fields on the layout, which might be good enough, or you can specify the fields using the export Records command:

That work's when I login to the calendar with full access on the security option. But when I select to
login with as a data entry only user it does not present the send to excel or any option, even if i
check mark the allow printing , allow exporting options

Pretty sure it's the "Available Menu Commands" option. You'll want to set those to "All" rather than "Minimum."
