Adding New Tabs
How can I create new tabs?
This is pretty easy. The only trick is that most of the tabs in SeedCodeContacts have no border to them, so they can be hard to see and a bit hard to click on. The best way to click on one is to click about 1/8 of an inch below and to the left of the lower right corner of the right side of the grey rounded rectangle that holds the tab names. If you've got it you'll see the 4 corners of the tab control area highlight along with the active tab. You'll likely need to unlock the tab by selecting "unlock" from FileMaker's Arrange menu. Once unlocked, simply double click on the tab control area to bring up its editor. There you can change the name of the tabs, change their order, or add and delete tabs.
The only thing you want to be careful of is that you don't accidentally move the tab area itself (this is why we lock it in layout mode--to prevent accidental nudging). If part of an object is in the tab and part is out, you can see some unexpected behavior in browse mode.
