How are Contacts Related to Companies?

Unlike the Pro Version of SeedCode Contacts, this free version has a pretty loose relationship between contacts and companies. The relationship is based on the company name and all records that have the same company name are linked together as belonging to the same company. They all also share the same company phone number and company URL. This information is actually recorded in the first record to share the name: the first of these records marked "this record is a company."

This works well when most of your contacts are individuals and the fact that some of them are at the same company is incidental.
