PDF Robot
Since creating PDFs is not supported in WebDirect as of version 13. We recommend using a robot station of FileMaker. This does require an "extra" computer and license of FileMaker, but the possible value it can bring is huge.
Pre-Configured
If you want to use the robot, then simply set up Complete on a station on your network, go to settings, select the PDF Robot and press start.
That's it! This station will now create and store PDFs for WebDirect clients on demand. There are no timers or plug-ins required since it uses the BRILLIANT trigger technique described here.
